Police arrested a man in possession of a pistol and three bullets from Golbazar Municipality-4 in Siraha district.

The arrested has been identified as Sujit Kumar Yadav of Aurahi Rural Municipality-2 in the district.

Security personnel deployed from the Golbazar-based Area Police Office personnel nabbed Yadav with the pistol and bullets during a routine check on Sunday afternoon.

Further investigation into the case is being carried out, informed the police.
