A woman was seriously injured while crossing the road when a motorcycle hit her in Gurjudhara, Kathmandu.
The injured, who was identified as Debu Sarki, a 65-year-old resident of Balambu, Kathmandu, is being treated at the National Trauma Center at Mahankal.
Debu was hit by a motorcycle at 6 am today. Balambu Police Division has arrested the driver along with the motorcycle.
Similarly, in a separate case, 65-year-old Bhular Yadav, a pedestrian, was killed in a motorcycle collision in Poudeshwar, Aurhi Rural Municipality of Dhanusha.
Yadav, who was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident, died during treatment at Janakpur Provincial Hospital. The police have arrested the motorcyclist who hit.
