A pedestrian has died when a pick-up truck hit him on the East-West Highway at Agnisair Krishna Sawaran Gaonpalika-6 Ratwala in Saptari district. The deceased has been identified as Dukhilal Lekhi, 55, of Agnisair Krishna Sawaran Gaonpalika-6, according to Saptari Police.
The deceased has been identified as Madhav Prasad Kafle, Information Officer at District Police Office, Saptari. According to police, the pick-up truck and its driver were under police control.
