Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" has said that he is always on the frontline to protect the nation. The Prime Minister said this in a meeting with the leaders of the Rashtriya Janamorcha in Baluwatar on Friday morning.
The team led by Jan Morcha President Chitra Bahadur KC submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister.
In the meeting, the team drew the attention of the government saying that 4 people were killed for robbing women of jewellery in the Galkot area of Baglung.
In addition, Jan Morcha has drawn the attention of the government saying that incidents of jewellery robbery have occurred in other districts and women are not safe.
In the meeting, the Prime Minister said that the government is committed to strengthening peace and security in the country. The Prime Minister has contacted the Inspector General of Nepal Police from the meeting place and instructed to arrange peace and security .The Inspector General of Police has immediately appointed a special team to investigate the incident and expressed his commitment to work.
