PM Oli inaugurates administrative building of Baganaskali rural municipality

KATHMANDU:  Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli virtually inaugurated an administrative office building of Baganaskali rural municipality in Palpa district today.

Although PM Oli was scheduled to inaugurate the building physically, he addressed the event virtually from his official residence at Baluwatar due to health issues. PM Oli got cold.

The PM regretted over his inability to reach Chirtungdhara of Babanaskali rural municipality physically and meet and greet the Palpa folks.

During the virtual inauguration, he urged the local level to work in such a manner that could enable public to avail services promptly, thereby instilling a renewed sense of confidence among public.

Dubbing Palpa as a historic district, he expressed his confidence that the local public would maintain this kind of image. He also said that they were working to complete the development works such as Siddababa tunnel and others in the district within the deadline.

Palpa was ahead when it comes to the use of mineral materials, he reminded, expressing hope that that this district would make a stride in agriculture entrepreneurship and overall development efforts.

Present in the virtual inauguration were Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development and Development, Prakashman Singh; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Bishnu Prasad Paudel; among others.
