The police have arrested a person for making indecent videos of President Bidhya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on TikTok. Police have arrested 38-year-old Som Prasad Ghimire, alias Bikash, of Barmeli Tole, Mechinagar Municipality-6 for making such videos.
After the videos were posted a complaint was lodged against Ghimire at the Cyber Bureau at Nepal Police Headquarters.
After the complaint was lodged a police team from District Police Office had arrested Ghimire from his residence in Jhapa on July 22. Ghimire has been sent to Kathmandu by the police for further investigation.
