Policies of Bagmati Pradesh to be presented on May 30

The policy and program of the Bagmati State Government for the coming Fiscal Year 2022/23 AD is scheduled to take place on May 30. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Business Advisory and Management Committee held at the Provincial Assembly Secretariat in Hetauda today, according to the Provincial Assembly Secretariat.

 It is said that the state chief Yadav Chandra Sharma will present the policy and program for the fiscal year 2022/23 in the meeting to be held on May 30 at 2 pm. In the second meeting to be held on the same day, Chief Minister Rajendra Pandey is scheduled to table a copy of the policy and program and discuss it.

The secretariat has stated that the policy and program will be presented for decision after answering the questions raised during the discussion on May 30. The meeting is scheduled to introduce five ordinances brought by the state government during the absence of the parliament.

In the state assembly, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law Krishna Prasad Khanal made an ordinance to amend the Vibhushan Recommendation and Honors and Medals Act 2019 and Health Minister Nima Lama made an ordinance to amend Madan Bhandari Institute of Health Sciences Act 2019. The ordinance will be submitted. Similarly, the Secretariat has informed that the Provincial Civil Service Ordinance 2021 and Local Service Formation and Operation Ordinance 2021 will also be introduced in the Provincial Assembly.
