OKHARA: Rabi Lamichhane, former Home Minister and Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), along with former DIG Chabilal Joshi, appeared before the Kaski District Court in Pokhara today.

They were presented in court to seek an extension of their detention for ongoing investigations into the misappropriation of cooperative funds.

As the court proceedings began, Kaski police reported that Lamichhane and Joshi were brought in immediately due to disruptions from demonstrations by RSP supporters.
