The second round of talks between the government and Tharu Welfare Assembly Struggle Committee is moving towards positive end.
Member of the government talks team Dr Rajan Bhattarai said that further interpretations and discussions on the demands of the Struggle Committee were held during the talks.
The dialogue is consensus-oriented and the next round of talks would be held in the near future, he added.
