On the first trading day of the year, the price of gold has been fixed at Rs 97,900 per tola.
The yellow metal, which was traded at Rs 98,500 per tola on the previous day, has declined by Rs 600 per tola today. According to the details made public by the Federation of Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs of Nepal, the price of acid gold is Rs 97,400 per tola today which was Rs 98,000 per tola on the previous day.
Similarly, the price of silver today declined to Rs 1,275, according to the federation. Gold is being traded at around $ 1,851 per ounce in the international market today.
