Three persons died and another was hurt at Bhulu village in Turmakhand Rural Municipality-2 in Achham district after a house of local resident Amar Bista was buried in a landslide. All three were sleeping in the house when the landslide occurred at around 1:00 am on Monday.
Information Officer of District Administration Office, Achham, Dipesh Rijal said Birendra Bista of around 25 years old, Hari Kamal Bista, 45, and Sambidhan Bista, 15, died after the house collapsed in the landslide.
Likewise, Naina Bista, 65, was injured in the incident and is receiving treatment at Bhulu Primary Healthcare Centre.
Police personnel have been mobilized to the site but have not reached yet as the village is in the remote area, the District Police Office, Achham said.
