KATHMANDU: Chief Justice (CJ) Prakashman Singh Raut has said that credibility and transparency was needed to keep the dignity of judiciary.
At a programme organized Wednesday on 34th establishment day of the Judicial Council, the Chief Justice said all should work in a credible and transparent manner to uplift public trust towards the court.
"Cooperation is imperative to keep the dignity of judiciary," he added.

On the occasion, the seniormost justice of the SC, Sapana Pradhan Malla, said the Council was the institution to appoint the justices and make them accountable. "The Council like institution should be made more accountable and transparent," she added.
