TU closes affiliated schools and department till January 24

Tribhuvan University has given leave till January 24 due to the rapid surge of COVID-19.

All the departments and affiliated campuses under the university have stated that they will give leave till January 24 to cut off the winter or annual leave.

The registrar's office of the university has issued a notice stating that the current examination will be conducted as it is. The notice states that the examination centers will be operated with utmost care to control the infection by following all the safety protocols.

If one needs to take classes to prepare the student for the upcoming examination, classes are to be taken online.

And after January 24 the schools can conduct physical classes in coordination with the local level.

Similarly, any teacher or staff working at Tribhuvan University will get 10 days leave in case of COVID infection and their respective branch will be closed for 3 days.
