Neha Bista, 21, of Kanchanpur Bhimdatta Municipality-4, and Bashudev Biswas, 27, of Uttam Singh Nagar in Bharat Khati have been arrested from Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan-3 Milan Chowk in Kailali along with 210 mg of brown sugar on Thursday afternoon.
Police from the District Police Office, Kailali, found the drug upon inspection and arrested them.
Police are conducting further investigation in this regard.
