Revenue Investigation Department filed a case against Saroj Vishwakarma and Ammar Vishwakarma of Baglung Municipality-7 in the High Court of Patan on the charge of committing a crime related to revenue leakage.
The team of District Police Office Kaski had seized three gold chains of 238 grams from Vishwakarma with no legal documents including and submitted them to the department for further investigation
During the investigation, it has been confirmed that the gold jewelry is a revenue fraud. The department has filed a case against them with a false claim of Rs.18 lakh 94 thousand 200, demanding imprisonment and has informed through a statement today.
