Police nabbed two youths from Beldadi Rural Municipality-2 camp with 12.28 grams of brown sugar on Monday evening.
The arrestees have been identified as Laxman Dhami, a 21-year-old resident of Tilkeni in Bheemdatta Municipality-10, and Narendra Jagri, a 22-year-old resident of Jajalli, Bungal Municipality-8 in Bajhang.
Security personnel deployed from Area Police Office, Beldadi, arrested them with the substance during a routine vehicle check when the accused were riding on a motorcycle with vehicle registration number BA 42 PA 5446.
Further investigation is underway, the police informed.
