Two persons have been killed and two others injured in an accident at Ghorahi in Dang district.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Mukunda Prasad Rijal, a motorcycle (Ra 3 Pa 2922) heading towards Sarra from Saudiyar hit two bicycles at Ghorahi Sub-Metropolis-7 Besai last night. The deceased have been identified as Ganga Bahadur Kaur, 35, of Ghorahi-15 and Ritesh KC, 16, of Ghorahi-7. Both died during treatment, police said.
Basanta Chaudhary, 38, of Ghorahi-7 and Binod Bhandari, 15, of the same place were injured in the accident. Both the injured are undergoing treatment at Rapti Institute of Health Sciences, Ghorahi. Bhandari's hand and leg have been injured. According to Rijal, Chaudhary has injuries on his mouth, nose and head.
