KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has indicated a partial impact of westerly and local winds across the country.

At present, the hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces are experiencing partly cloudy skies, while the rest of the country remains mostly clear.

By this afternoon, Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces are expected to have partly cloudy conditions, whereas other areas will see weather ranging from partly cloudy to mostly clear.

There is also a chance of light snowfall in isolated spots within the high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.

Tonight, partly cloudy skies are expected to persist in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, while other regions will have a mix of partly cloudy and mostly clear conditions.
