In Dang, a woman has killed her husband. Gayatri Nepali, 37, of Bharat Balrampur, who was renting a room in Ghorahi Sub-Metropolis-14, killed her husband Pankaj Gupta, 33, by hitting him with a rod.
Gupta was killed on the spot when he was struck with a rod this morning, police said. Police have arrested Gayatri on charges of murder and are investigating. According to Dang District Police Office, Superintendent of Police Suresh Kafle, the incident took place when the wife tried to retaliate as her husband beat her after drinking alcohol.
