The parties have started nomination registration for the upcoming local level election by reaching the office of the Election Officer of 15 municipalities of the district.
Chief Election Officer Giriraj Gautam said that independent candidates have been registered and smaller parties are registering nomination papers in the office. Candidates are scheduled to be nominated today and tomorrow. According to him, 36 political parties have participated in the election in the district.
Crowds have started to increase for the nomination of candidates even in the offices of election officials in other municipalities of the district.
