General Secretary of Communist Party of Nepal, Netra Bikram Chand has become public after the government lifted ban on his party. He became public from Daldale of Nawalpur district early this morning.
Chand had been living underground life since the government banned the group led by him two years ago.
On Thursday, the government and Chand-led group had sealed a 3-point agreement in the federal capital, Kathmandu.
After becoming public, Chand met with the families of martyrs at Devchuli Municipality of Nawalpur. He is learnt to have arrived at Daldale of Devchuli Municipality from the hilly area of the district at 3:00 am.
Police informed that he left for Kathmandu with police security.
Chanda and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli are scheduled to make public the details of the 3-point agreement from the same forum in Kathmandu this afternoon.
