Nepal Communist Party (NCP) secretariat member and Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa argued that the fresh election was imperative at present to lead the nation to stability and development.

Speaking in a mass gathering organized by the NCP Province1 in Biratnagar on Saturday, leader Thapa claimed that going for election for fresh mandate was the right decision.
