KATHMANDU: The hearing on the writ petitions of Kulman Ghising, who was removed as the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, and the newly appointed Hitendra Dev Shakya has been concluded.

The Supreme Court bench of Justices Dr. Kumar Chudal and Nityanand Pandey heard the petitions of both of them.
The order is yet to be issued after the hearing of the case in the bench of Supreme Court Justices Dr. Kumar Chudal and Nityanand Pandey.

Ghising had filed a petition challenging his removal as NEA Managing Director, calling it unlawful and seeking reinstatement.

Meanwhile, Shakya had submitted a plea requesting the court to settle his previous legal dispute.
