KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives meeting has been adjourned for the second time by posting a notice. Earlier, the meeting called for 11:15 a.m. today could not be held at the scheduled time.

The meeting called for 1:15 p.m. at that time also could not be held due to obstruction by the opposition. Now, the meeting has been rescheduled to be held at 3:30 p.m. Speaker Devraj Ghimire has started discussions with the parties.
