KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives (HoR) meeting has been postponed without taking place and is now set to reconvene at 11 am on March 30.
On Friday, Speaker Devraj Ghimire held talks with the chief whips of both the ruling and opposition parties, but no consensus was reached.
Opposition parties have been blocking the session, demanding an explanation from Prime Minister KP Oli regarding the removal of Kulman Ghising from the Electricity Authority. However, Prime Minister Oli has shown no intention of responding.
