CPN-Maoist Center‘s candidate Ramkumar Rai Pasang has won as a member of the House of Representatives from Khotang.

Rai defeated UML’s Bishal Bhattarai by 2,669 votes and won as a member of the House of Representatives.

Rai got 31,351 votes and Bhattarai got 28,682 votes. Defeated Bhattarai was the chief whip of CPN-UML in the then parliament.
