KATHMANDU: The National Assembly meeting has been postponed for the second time by posting a notice. The Federal Parliament Secretariat has stated that the meeting has been postponed being held today at 3:30 pm.

“Although the National Assembly was scheduled to meet today at 1:15 pm through the notice, the meeting could not be held at that time due to special reasons, so the Speaker has scheduled another meeting for today afternoon in accordance with the National Assembly Rules,” the notice states.
