Nepali Congress has asked its lawmakers who are presently outside Kathmandu valley to come to the capital today.
It has asked such lawmakers to be present in Kathmandu by 4 pm. Meanwhile, Nepali Congress has also asked those lawmakers who are in the valley to remain on stand-by.
The NC and CPN (Maoist Centre) have planned to claim for the formation of a new government. Preparations are being made by both parties to do so as per Article 76 (5) of the Constitution of Nepal.
