KATHMANDU: The ruling Nepali Congress (NC) is holding a Parliamentary Party meeting today and tomorrow.

Chief Whip Shyam Prasad Ghimire mentioned that the meeting, scheduled for Sunday and Monday, will focus on internal party matters.

He stressed that the Nepali Congress will maintain a unified stance and consistent voice both in Parliament and publicly.

It’s worth noting that the NC has already committed to presenting a united front both inside and outside of Parliament.

This decision was made during a joint meeting of party officials, former officials, chief whips, whips, and ministers at Singha Durbar on Saturday.

The meeting also covered the current state of the government, its ongoing initiatives, and the bills that have been or are set to be introduced in Parliament.

Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak briefed attendees on these matters, while Agriculture Minister Ramnath Adhikari and Health Minister Pradeep Paudel updated everyone on their respective ministries’ activities.
