KATHMANDU: Rabi Lamichhane is set to return as the president of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). He is set to return to his position as president in the central committee meeting starting tomorrow.

He was out of party responsibilities after being arrested in the cooperative case. Until the central secretariat meeting held yesterday, Vice President DP Aryal was chairing the meeting as the acting president.

Now, the agenda of the meeting, which will start tomorrow, has been set so that Lamichhane will chair the meeting.
