National Independent Party MP Indira Ranamar has registered her candidacy for the post of Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Her proponent is Sovita Gautam of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party, while her supporters are Krishna Gopal Shrestha of CPN (UML), Narayani Sharma of CPN (Maoist Center) and Rajendra Prasad Lingden of Rashtriya Prajatantra Party.

The election for the post of Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives will be held tomorrow at 1 pm.
