KATHMANDU: Police have arrested Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Senior Vice President Rabindra Mishra and General Secretary Dhawal Shamsher Rana, along with 17 others, on charges of causing chaos, arson, and looting related to the royalist movement.

The arrests were carried out by the District Police Range Kathmandu.
