The Jumla District Committee of the Communist Party of Nepal, led by Netra Bikram Chand, has merged with the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center). More than two dozen leaders and activists, including the district in-charge Chandra Bir Tiruwa, district secretary and joint secretary, entered the Maoist Center during a program organized at the residence of UCPN-M chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' in Khumaltar today.

On the occasion, Chairman Dahal said that there was no alternative but to stay in one place as soon as possible. He said that the Maoist forces needed to unite to save the achievements gained from the change and to continue fighting for the future of the Nepali people.

"The Maoists are trying to figure out how to encircle and destroy reactionaries inside and outside the country," he said. He said that the Maoists were gradually concentrating on one place, forgetting the wounds of division and considering the material condition of the country.

He said, "We are victorious by connecting with the people and focusing on the Maoist movement." No one can defeat us. ” Chairman Dahal also said that the newly arrived leaders and cadres would be given appropriate responsibilities in the party.

In-charge Thiruva said that President Dahal was capable of advancing the Nepali communist movement and that no one else should be interested, according to President Dahal's Secretariat. He said that they have returned home to the party led by the president for the current socialist revolution.
