Senior Vice President of CPN-UML Ishwar Pokharel has registered his candidacy from Kathmandu Region No. 5.
Leader Pokharel went to the election officer's office and registered his candidacy. Deepak Niraula and Narayan Silwal of UML have registered their candidacy for the state assembly member along with leader Pokharel.
Pokharal was also elected in the same constituency in the previous House of Representatives election.
