A meeting of the politburo of the main opposition party CPN (UML) held today has set various agendas for the third meeting of the Central Committee to be held in Kathmandu on April 23 and 24.
The agenda for the Central Committee includes reporting of party work, current political report, completion of departments, criteria process for recommendation of local level candidates, manifesto of local elections, role of party leadership in elections, party establishment day, approval of secretariat decision.
Responding to the issues raised in today's meeting, Chairman KP Sharma Oli clarified that there would be no Left unity or coordination with those who are going to form an alliance with the Nepali Congress by overthrowing the Leftist government led by him. Left unity and coordination were discussed in the meeting.
