The first statute convention of the opposition CPN (UML) concluded on Sunday by passing the political and organisational reports.
The hall unanimously approved the reports after the responses from party chairman KP Sharma Oli and general secretary Ishwar Pokhrel.
Earlier, the closed session had passed the statute amendment proposal of the party tabled by party assistant general secretary Bishnu Poudel.
Likewise, the statute convention has formed the UML’s 14-member central election commission under the chair of Dr Bijay Subba.
The statute convention has revised the party’s logo while the party’s mobile application was launched on Sunday itself.
