Upendra Yadav of Janata Samajbadi Party has been elected in Bara-2.

Yadav defeated Shivachandra Kushwaha of Janmaat Party by a margin of 5,081 votes.

Yadav got 28,415 votes while Kushwaha got 23,334 votes.

UML’s Purushottam Paudel, who came third, got 10,216 votes. National Independence Party

Ramesh Kharel got 2,829 votes.
