LAMJUNG: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, has said government was working actively for the reform in education sector.
Addressing a programme organized by the district committee of PABSON at Beshisahar on Wednesday, Minister Gurung argued although government had a huge investment in education, expected result elusive.
Minister Gurung shared that government was committed to retaining youths within country by ensuring quality and skill-based education. Also the spokesperson of the government, Gurung made it clear that government had brought ordinance to systematize the cooperative which is facing problems.
He admitted that capital spending was not growing as per expectation. Time has come to focus on it and create employments to youths.
Meanwhile, Minister Gurung argued that federalism had ensured rights to indigenous people. He said it in a programme organized for leadership development and empowerment of local level people’s representatives in the district.
