KATHMANDU: Nepal’s capital, Kathmandu Valley, has been ranked the most polluted city in the world.
According to the Air Quality Index (AQI) measurement, Kathmandu’s Air Visual Indicator IQ is 239. An index between 151 and 300 is considered unhealthy.
Similarly, Delhi, India, is in second place, Chiang Mai, Thailand, is in third place, and Dhaka, Bangladesh, is in fourth place.
