Palesha Gobardhan, the Nepali Para Taekwondo player who won the first medal in Paris Para Olympics, was warmly welcomed in Kathmandu today. She was warmly welcomed at Tribhuvan International Airport. She came with coach Kabiraj Negi Lama. From the airport, Palesha was taken to the National Sports Council in Tripureshwar along with a grand rally. Although Nepal has participated in the Olympics since 1964, Palesha has won a medal for the first time.
