Belgium coach Roberto Martinez says wing back Timothy Castagne will miss the rest of the European Championship after sustaining a double fracture of his right eye socket during the match against Russia.
Castagne was forced off the field after a clashing heads with Russia midfielder Daler Kuzyaev while jumping for the ball midway through the first half of Belgium’s 3-0 victory in St. Petersburg.
