Case filed against Hari Khadka for fake education qualification

The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a case in a special court today against Hari Khadka, former captain of the Nepali national football team, for taking a job in the Nepal Police by presenting a fake educational qualification certificate.

According to the commission, the investigation has revealed that the proficiency certificate level educational qualification certificate submitted by Khadka is fake. According to the commission, Khadka was posted in the Metropolitan Police Battalion No. 2 and was working as a Deputy Inspector of Police in the Central Sports Committee of the National Police Training Academy.

According to the Assistant Spokesperson of the Commission, Ved Prasad Bhandari, the certificate of educational qualification submitted by Khadka to the police seems to have been issued by the Secondary Education Council, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The commission claims that the certificate is fake. The commission has filed a case in a special court seeking action against it.
