In the last match of the ongoing four-nation T20 series in Oman, Ireland has given a target of 128 runs to Nepal to win.
Batting first after losing the toss at Al Amret Cricket Ground in Oman, Ireland lost all their wickets in the allotted 20 overs and scored 127 runs. George Dockrell top-scored for Ireland with 28 runs. Curtis Campfer added 20, skipper Andy Wilburne 19, Lorcan Tucker 15, Shane Getkate 14, Andy Mike Bryan 11, Gareth Delaney 9, Paul Sterling 2 and Simi Singh 1.
Nepal's Dipendra Singh Airy bowled brilliantly. He took maximum 4 wickets. Similarly, Avinash Bohara took two wickets and Sandeep Lamichhane, Kamal Singh Airy and Jitendra Mukhiya took one wicket each. Nepal is now batting in reply. Nepal lost two wickets and scored 48 runs in seven overs. Kushal Bhurtel (15) and Lokesh Bam (6) returned to the pavilion.
