The Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) bade farewell to the participants of 4th Winter Olympic Youth Games in Gangwon, South Korea namely Chhowang Mingyur Tamang and Ms. Laxmi Rai (Players) ; coach Saphal Ram Shrestha, with Team Manager Ms. Rama Bhattarai at the Prime Ministers Office.

In the program President of NOC Jeevan Ram Shrestha, Secretary General of NOC  Nilendra Raj Shrestha, Vice President and Executive Director Chaturananda Rajvaidya, Member Secretary of NSC Tanka Lal Ghising were present.
