Nepal has become the runner-up in the second Saba Women’s Championship held in the Maldives. While Sri Lanka won the title consecutively, Nepal became the runner-up.
In their last match on Wednesday, Nepal maintained their chances of winning the title with an easy win over Bhutan. But on Wednesday night itself, Sri Lanka became the champion by defeating the home team Maldives 72-59.
