Nepal won the series 3-0 after defeating Kenya by 6 wickets in today's third and final ODI.
Earlier, Nepal had won the five-match T-20 international series by 3-2. Nepal achieved the target of 256 runs given by Kenya at the Gymkhana Cricket Ground in Nairobi by losing only 4 wickets in 47 overs.
Arjun Saud, Asif Sheikh and Wasir Ahmed played half-centuries in Nepal's victory. Arjun scored 58 and Asif scored 56 runs. Wasir remained unbeaten on 52 runs.
Similarly, captain Rohit Paudel scored 46 runs. Gyanendra Malla was dismissed for 33 runs and Dev Khanal was dismissed for 1 run.
Viraj Patel from Kenya took 2 wickets and Shem Ngoche and Yash Talati took 1 wicket each. Before that, Kenya, who won the toss and batted first, scored 255 runs after losing 9 wickets in 50 overs. Collins Abuya played a half-century of 84 runs for Kenya. Similarly, Lukas Ndandason played an innings of 59 runs. Sukhdeep Singh added 37 runs while Emmanuel Bundy scored 23 runs. Captain Shem Ngoche was dismissed for 17 runs.
Nepal's Sompal Kami and Adil Ansari took 2 wickets each. Along with that, Wasir Ahmed and Shahab Alam took 1 wicket each.
Nepal defeated Kenya by 7 wickets in the first ODI of the series. Similarly, the second ODI was won by 17 runs.
