Nepal will play the 2022 AFC U-23 Asian Cup football qualifying tournament in Group B. 

The tie sheet of the fifth edition of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup qualifying tournament made public by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has included Nepal, Iran, Tajikistan and Lebanon in the ‘Group B’ of the West Zone section.

The tournaments of Group B will be held in Tajikistan. This is the fifth time Nepal are taking part in the  AFC U-23 Asian Cup football qualifying competition. Nepal have not been qualified for the AFC U-23 until now.

A total of 23 countries have been divided into six groups for the qualifying tournament.
