Nepali athletes who will be participating in the Tokyo Olympics that is to be held from July 23 have received psychology counselling. The counselling was provided today in Lalitpur. The athletes were also provided training on how to stay mentally fit.
The training session was participated by athletes and trainers who will be participating in weightlifting, karate, judo, shooting, swimming and athletics at the Tokyo Olympics. The counselling and training were provided by Indra Gurung and Rajeshwori Shrestha, experts on psychology counselling.
Gurung mentioned that if any athlete requires further counselling he will provide them with the service.
