Inaugurating the friendly futsal match between Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSJF) and the Annapurna Brussels Club here today, he said discussions are on regarding the ways of promoting the sports sector in Nepal in a scientific manner.
NSJF came out victorious in the friendly match, beating Annapurna Brussels Club 5-4. Former member and coach of the Nepali national football team, Raju Kaji Shakya presented the trophy and medals to the winner team.
NSJF president Devendra Subedi praised all members of the Club for contributing to promoting Nepali sports despite living in a foreign country.
Club Treasurer Santosh Khadka said they were always attached to the Nepal's sports sector by means of various sports activities. He is also the Club team captain.
Established in 2010, the Club has been organizing football and marathon competitions as well. It is also registered with the Belgium Royal Football Federation, said Khadka.
