Daily international flights have now started from Gautam Buddha International Airport in Bhairahawa. According the spokesperson of Airport Office, the Jazeera Airways flight that arrived from Kuwait at 6 am left for the same country at 7 pm.
Earlier, Jazeera was flying three times a week. Especially, Nepalese going for foreign employment are using this airport as their base.
Jazeera has added services from Kuwait to Qatar via Bhairahawa. Biz Airways is flying to the airport from October 30. This company has taken permission to fly regularly from Bhairahawa to Abu Dhabi.
